Cultivating the mind calls for three daily habits: literary reading of good books; writing and exploring one’s subconscious self through composition of thoughts on external medium; and sharing with like-minded folks our thoughts in authentic and real conversations.

What’s the Knowledge Age all about? It’s about your knowledge, what you know, and your passion, talents, life lessons, abilities, gifts.

You exist in the Knowledge Age, and what you could be doing is giving the world of your Knowledge self. But that takes effort.

To live a good life, one of purpose and intention, one’s got to make effort, apply oneself to the task of tackling the issues of this life with courage, understanding and wisdom.

First, before physical effort kicks in, we must develop the lifestyle habit of exercising Intellectual Effort, in other words, engaging our brain, mind and thinking into deliberate paths of creating solutions and thinking things through.

Cultivating the mind calls for three daily habits: literary reading of good books; writing and exploring one’s subconscious self through composition of thoughts on external medium; and sharing with like-minded folks our thoughts in authentic and real conversations.
